Calvary Early Learning Center has small class sizes that will enhance your child's
early learning experience. The Pre-school and Kindergarten classes are
limited to only 10 children with a teacher and a shared teacher's aid. The
curriculum for each age group is bible-based, literature rich and developed through
weekly themes. The Two Year Old Class Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:14am - 11:15am No Commitment - Purchase 4-pack coupon book ($5 per session) to be used days you wish your child to attend. Coupon good for any class through May 2008. Ages 18 months through 2 years old. Each day is themed with a craft project. Your child will learn basic colors, shapes, the art of sharing and socialization, and a short Bible story. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy coffee/tea with other parents. The Three Year Old Class Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am - 11:30am Registration $45 Materials Fee $25 Tuition $75/month $750/year (2008-2009) This class is for 3 year olds with no previous preschool experience. Your child must turn three by September 1st to enroll, or be interviewed by the teacher. The children will be introduced to school routine and activities, learn to share and interact positively with peers, develop motor skills and eye-hand coordination, learn basic letter recognition, foster creativity, and experience beginning concepts in the Christian faith. Your child can look forward to field trips, guest speakers, music enrichment, indoor/outdoor play, bicycles, and cooking. The Four Year Old Class Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am-11:30am Registration $45 Materials Fee $25 Tuition $110/month $1100/year (2008-2009) This class is for children age 4 years by September 1st or be interviewed by the teacher. The children will focus on beginning language, pre-reading, math, writing, early phonics, and introduction to computers. Each child will engage in social interaction and learn cooperation, take part in small group activities, have one on one time with the teacher, learn to foster creativity, and experience beginning concepts in the Christian faith. Your child can look forward to field trips, guest speakers, music enrichment, indoor/outdoor play, bicycles, and cooking. Pre-K or Kindergarten Readiness Class Monday through Thursday 12:30pm-3:00pm Registration $45 Materials Fee $25 Tuition $130/month $1300/year (2008-2009) This class is for children that are not quite kindergarten ready and those with summer/early fall birthdays that may have missed the kindergarten cut off date with their district. This class will help your child enhance his or her learning with the use of school materials and with the study of the world round them. The children will focus on language development, pre-reading, math and science development, writing, and computers. Each child will engage in social interaction and learn cooperation, take part in small group activities, have one on one time with the teacher, learn to foster creativity, and experience beginning concepts in the Christian faith. Your child can look forward to field trips, guest speakers, music enrichment, indoor/outdoor play, bicycles, and cooking. This class gives the child another year to grow socially and sharpen skills before entering a Kindergarten program. Kindergarten Class Monday through Friday 9:00am-2:00pm Registration $45 Materials Fee $25 Tuition $270/month $2700/year (2008-2009) This class is for children age 5 years old by September 1st. The children will experience an in depth use of school materials and study the world around them while following a State approved Kindergarten curriculum. They will strongly focus on language, reading, math, writing, social studies and science experiences, phonics and computers. Harcourt textbooks are used for each of the core classes. Each child will engage in social interaction and learn cooperation, take part in small group activities, have one-on-one time with the teacher, learn to foster creativity, and experience early concepts in the Christian faith. Your child can look forward to field trips, guest speakers, music enrichment, indoor/outdoor play, bicycles, and cooking. Busing is available from your home school district one-way if you reside within a 10 mile radius. Proper immunization and physical exam by your family physician is required prior to the start of the kindergarten program.
